"Son of Your Father" is a song by Elton John with lyrics by Bernie Taupin. It is the fourth track on his third studio album, ''Tumbleweed Connection''. It is one of the two songs (itself and "My Father's Gun") to contain the word "father" in the title. The lyrics tell of an argument between two men (one blind) on "an East Virginia Farm." After a while, their argument leads to death because the two men did not follow the golden rule as stated in the lyrics (but in different words). It is the only song off "Tumbleweed Connection" John has never performed in concert.〔(lyric source )〕 ==Personnel== *Elton John: piano, vocals *Caleb Quaye: lead guitars *Ian Duck: harmonica *Dave Glover: bass guitar *Roger Pope: drums *Sue and Sunny, Kay Garner, Lesley Duncan, Madeline Bell, Tammi Hunt: backing vocals 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Son of Your Father」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
